Tails of Grimm is a children’s book, written and illustrated by me. It is a story of a Grim Reaper named Vail and their journey collecting and helping different pets move on to their respective afterlives. The book aims to be an accessible and child-friendly way to talk about grief and the death of pets, as it is a hard topic to discuss with young children, yet necessary. This project includes AR elements run by the program Artivive, with animations of my artwork created by Midjourney. AI was in no way part of the creative process and was only used to animate already existing drawings.
